The desktop images available in these galleries have been optimsed for most standard screen resolutions, in both traditional and widescreen formats.

To use a desktop image, choose the appropriate screen resolution from the menu that appears beneath the larger version displayed.
The desktop image will be opened in a new window - right-click on it and select 'Set as desktop background...'
If you're not sure what resolution to use, select 'Detect current resolution' from the options above the displayed image.
